To be listed on our site, you must possess the appropriate licenses, certifications, and equipment required to conduct thermal drone searches in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

By submitting your information to be listed on our platform, you agree to the following:

• You grant us the right to publicly display your business name, phone number, city of operation, website, and email address & full name on our website and digital map.
• Your information may be accessible to users world-wide.
• You consent to being contacted by us via phone or email for purposes related to your listing, such as inquiries, updates, or concerns about your services.

3. Use of Your Data

We will use your data only for the purposes stated above and will not sell your information to third parties. However, by listing publicly on our site, you acknowledge that your contact information will be visible to any website visitors and may be shared or used by those individuals independently of our service.

4. Advertisements

Our website is supported by third-party advertisements. We do not control or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of these ads.

5. Limitation of Liability

From time to time, we may request permission from individual pilots to share their media content on our official platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, our website, and other digital or promotional channels.

• We will never use your media without your direct consent.
• By granting us permission, you provide Drone Animal Rescue with a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and monetize that specific content.
• You retain full ownership of your original media, and credit will be given whenever reasonably possible.
• You may revoke permission in writing at any time.
